Brussels, 29th November 2023 - Ambassador Atilio Berardi met with Iratxe García Pérez, President of the S&D Group, and a key figure in the decisions of the European Parliament. During the meeting, different levels of the relationship, both bilaterally and bi-regionally, were discussed, focusing on key issues such as #Mercosur, #CELAC, and the #EuropeanUnion.

 

The conversation explored opportunities to strengthen collaboration between Argentina and the European Union in various strategic areas. Iratxe García Pérez was thanked for her ongoing interest in deepening relations with Argentina and Latin America, and for the opportunity to discuss common areas of interest.
