Brussels, 27th October 2023 - The Argentine Embassy to the EU participated in the preparatory meetings for the EU-CELAC High-Level Meeting on Research and Innovation, scheduled to take place next month.

 

During these meetings, the achievements within the framework of the 2021-2023 Roadmap were reviewed and assessed, in which Argentina leads the Innovation Pillar. The roadmap is a strategic plan that sets goals and objectives to promote research and innovation in the EU-CELAC region.

 

Argentine leadership in the Innovation Pillar reflects its commitment to fostering creativity, technology, and research for the benefit of its society and regional cooperation in this field.

 

The EU-CELAC High-Level Meeting on Research and Innovation represents a special opportunity to strengthen ties between Argentina, the European Union, and the countries of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), promoting collaboration in research, development, and knowledge exchange.
