Brussels, 22nd November 2023 - The Argentine Embassy to the European Union actively participated in the #EUH2Week, the most prominent event of its kind in Europe, bringing together stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. This meeting is crucial for discussing policies that address challenges in a key sector for sustainable productive development.

 

The low-emission hydrogen sector has demonstrated the combination of competitive advantages, local capabilities, and remarkable export potential. In this context, it is noteworthy that Argentina and the European Union signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in July, providing the necessary framework to deepen cooperation in this fundamental sector for industry decarbonization.

 

The Argentine Embassy highlights the importance of participating in the #EUH2Week as a significant step toward bilateral collaboration in the development of sustainable hydrogen technologies. Such initiatives reflect the shared commitment of Argentina and the European Union to addressing global challenges related to the transition to a low-carbon economy.
