Brussels, 11th October 2023 - Ambassador Atilio Berardi, along with the Agricultural Attaché of the Argentine Embassy to the EU, Gastón Funes, met with Mr. Marek Golubiewski, Chief of Staff to the Commissioner for Agriculture, Mr. Janusz Wojciechowski, of the European Commission.

 

This significant meeting took place as part of efforts to deepen the dialogue between Argentina and the European Union on agricultural matters. The ambassador and the attaché exchanged ideas and perspectives with Mr. Golubiewski on the bilateral agenda related to agricultural issues, Argentine leadership in the field, and shared interests between Argentina and the European Union.

 

The meeting focused on discussing key agricultural matters, cooperation in agricultural topics, and the promotion of sustainable practices in the agricultural industry. Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening ties in this area and seeking opportunities for greater collaboration on issues of common interest.
