Brussels, 4th September 2023 - Ambassador Atilio Berardi meets with his counterpart from Malaysia, H.E. Dato' Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, to strengthen bilateral and international relations.

 

Ambassador Atilio Berardi held a productive meeting with his Malaysian counterpart, His Excellency Dato' Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, the Ambassador of Malaysia in Brussels, with the aim of deepening the bilateral relationship between the two countries within the European context.

 

During the meeting, both diplomats highlighted the positive relationship between Argentina and Malaysia and emphasized shared interests as developing countries in the field of international trade.

 

Additionally, ideas were exchanged on how to strengthen collaboration and initiatives with the European Union, both in a bilateral and regional context. The discussions encompassed cooperation within various regional frameworks and organizations, including the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), and the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR).
