Brussels, 31st July 2023 - The Argentine Ambassador to the European Union, Atilio Berardi, met with the Panamanian Ambassador to the European Union, Yavel Francis Lanuza, with the purpose of discussing the strategies and actions to be carried out by both countries in their engagement with the EU during the second half of the year.

 

The meeting took place in Brussels, and during the gathering, the ambassadors agreed on the importance of following up on the bi-regional commitments reached at the recent CELAC-EU Summit.

 

Both diplomatic representatives also emphasized the relevance of maintaining a strong bilateral agenda, based on dialogue and cooperation, with the aim of strengthening the ties between their countries and the European Union.

 

Finally, they shared the vision of working together to promote projects and programs that foster economic, social, and cultural development between both regions.
