Brussels, 27th June 2023 - Ambassador Atilio Berardi participated in a working breakfast with the Secretary-General of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), Andrés Allamand, and other Latin American Ambassadors.

 

The meeting aimed to strengthen the bi-regional dialogue ahead of the upcoming Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the European Union, to be held on July 17 and 18.

 

The meeting, held in a constructive and cordial atmosphere, allowed representatives of Latin American and European countries to exchange ideas and perspectives on the issues to be addressed during the CELAC-EU Summit. Ambassador Berardi emphasized the importance of strengthening bi-regional cooperation and dialogue to address common challenges and promote sustainable and equitable development.
